Free shipping on all domestic orders! You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse. Ships via UPS usually takes 2-3 business days.

Please note pre-order status. Pre-orders take up to 8 weeks to ship.

 
 

RETURNS

All sale items are final sale.

We are happy to offer exchanges if:

  • The items are purchased on www.HopeMacdonald.com

  • Exchange request has been made within 14 days of delivery date.

  • Items are unused and undamaged with all labels and tags attached in their original condition.

  • Items are returned with original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, and other signature packing materials.

  • We reserve the right to reject any exchanges if the above criteria is not met.
